When linking automated assembly equipment and cells, the component transfer is a critical system integration to ensure a quality final product. Churchill Technologies has facilitated and managed multiple projects that include fully integrated conveyor systems, from simple stand-alone transfers to multi-component transfer pallets. Our projects incorporate RFID systems that integrate and communicate to end user production scheduling platforms. We work with SKF Flexlink, Bosch, and many others. Also, our capabilities include in-house bespoke pallet design and build.
